We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver with a minimum of two years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Forklift Operations:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse, production floor, or storage areas.
- Stack goods in designated areas, ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Material Handling:
- Move raw materials, finished goods, and inventory as directed.
- Ensure the safe handling of fragile or hazardous materials.
- Safety and Maintenance:
- Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Comply with all company safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Assist in tracking inventory levels by accurately scanning and recording materials moved.
- Support stock rotation to prevent damage or expiration of goods.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with warehouse staff, production teams, and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Communicate any issues, delays, or maintenance needs promptly.
